The Right to Access Information Act (OG 25/13, 85/15) regulates the right to access information held, disposed of or supervised by public authorities.

The right to access information is exercised by submitting a written request to the information officer through:
1. e-mails to mail:  iva.bego@nzjz-split.hr
2. by mail to the address: Vukovarska 46, 21 000 Split
3. in person via protocol: Vukovarska 46, 21 000 Split

In case of incomplete or incomprehensible request, the applicant will be invited to correct the request within five days from the date of delivery of the invitation. If the applicant fails to do so, the application will be rejected as incomprehensible or incomplete.

The public authority shall provide the applicant with access to the information, within 15 days of the proper submission of the application. Exceptionally, this period may be extended up to 30 days, if the information must be requested outside the public authority or a single request requires a larger amount of information.

Information access fee
The public authority is entitled to reimbursement of the actual material costs incurred in providing the information to the user of the right to access and re-use the information, as well as to reimburse the costs of providing the requested information.
