Prestankom pu\u0161enja osjeti okusa i mirisa se pobolj\u0161avaju \u0161to mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati apetit. Pu\u0161a\u010di dnevno tro\u0161e od 250 do 500 cal vi\u0161e od nepu\u0161a\u010da.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Tjelesna aktivnost je najbolja prevencije debljanja.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2. Potrebno je razlikovati glad od potrebe za oralnom stimulacijom (zamjenom za cigaretu)!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Izbjegavajte me\u0111uobroke i gricakalice!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>3. Prestankom pu\u0161enja dolazi do izostajanja lu\u010denja dopamina koji stvara osje\u0107aj ugode i zadovoljstva. Manjak dopamina\u00a0 pu\u0161a\u010di \u010desto nadokna\u0111uju pove\u0107anom konzumacijom \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Pazite da iz nikotinske zamke ne upadnete u \u0161e\u0107ernu zamku!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>4. Dijetalna prehrana mo\u017ee biti izvor stresa. Danas se preporu\u010duju dijete koje se baziraju na proteinima, ali bi trebalo izbjegavati masna, pr\u017eena i jako za\u010dinjena jela jer mogu potaknuti \u017eelju za pu\u0161enjem duhana. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>Nemojte gladovati !<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>5.
