{"id":1712,"date":"2019-01-30T10:52:34","date_gmt":"2019-01-30T10:52:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nzjz.wpengine.com\/2019\/01\/30\/go-red-for-women-2\/"},"modified":"2021-05-19T06:47:46","modified_gmt":"2021-05-19T06:47:46","slug":"go-red-for-women-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/en\/go-red-for-women-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Go Red for Women 2019."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Go Red for Women<\/strong> je kampanja koju je zapo\u010delo Ameri\u010dko kardiolo\u0161ko dru\u0161tvo (American Hearth Association) 2004. godine s ciljem podizanja svijesti \u017eena o sr\u010danim bolestima i mo\u017edanom udaru kao vode\u0107im uzrocima smrti kod \u017eena. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prvog petka u velja\u010di<\/span> <em>Go Red For Women<\/em> okuplja i ujedinjuje milijune ljudi u razli\u010ditim aktivnostima, od modnih revija do javnozdravstvenih preventivnih kampanja, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">nose\u0107i crveno<\/span> kako bi podigli svijest i smanjili smrtnost \u017eena od sr\u010danih bolesti i mo\u017edanog udara. U vi\u0161e od 50 zemalja diljem svijeta \u017eene se ujedinjuju i dijele svoje pri\u010de kako bi ukazale na ovaj problem te educirale obitelj i prijatelje o znakovima i simptomima, \u010dimbenicima rizika i djelovanju u svrhu za\u0161tite zdravlja \u017eena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>01. velja\u010de 2019. godine odjenite i Vi <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">crveno<\/span> te podr\u017eite kampanju Go Red for Women !<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1710\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/go_red_2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"763\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/go_red_2.jpeg 1000w, https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/go_red_2-600x458.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti su broj 1 ubojica \u017eena u svijetu, uzrokuju\u0107i 1 od 3 smrti svake godine. Vode\u0107i su uzrok smrti i u Republici Hrvatskoj s 23.504 umrlih osoba 2017. godine, odnosno 44,0% ukupno umrlih. U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj \u017eupaniji od sr\u010dano-\u017eilnih bolesti 2017. godine umrlo je 2.208 osoba (42,2% ukupno umrlih), od \u010deka 1.259 \u017eena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osim \u0161to su vode\u0107i uzrok smrti, sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti vode\u0107i su uzrok invaliditeta i smanjene kvalitete \u017eivota osoba koje su pogo\u0111ene njima. Mu\u0161karci imaju ve\u0107i rizik od sr\u010dano-\u017eilnih bolesti u odnosu na \u017eene u premenopauzalnoj dobi, ali nakon ulaska u menopauzu rizik se izjedna\u010dava u oba spola. \u017dene naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e ne do\u017eivljavaju sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti kao najve\u0107u prijetnju njihovom zdravlju, unato\u010d tome \u0161to te bolesti na globalnoj razini ubiju vi\u0161e \u017eena nego svi karcinomi, tuberkuloza, HIV\/AIDS i malarija zajedno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iako postoje mnoge sli\u010dnosti u simptomima bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila kod mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena, postoje i razlike koje bi mogle spasiti ili ugroziti va\u0161 \u017eivot ako ih ne prepoznate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ako ste imali bolest srca, biste li prepoznali simptome? Mnogima je poznat prizor \u010dovjeka koji se dr\u017ei za prsa i pada na tlo, ali ima jo\u0161 mnogo toga \u0161to trebate znati. Prije nego \u0161to osjetite tu bol, nau\u010dite znakove upozorenja i nemojte ih zanemariti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi sr\u010danog udara:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Iznenadna bol jakog intenziteta, lokalizirana u sredini prsnog ko\u0161a; \u0161iri se u lijevu ruku, a ponekad i u desnu ruku, vrat, donju \u010deljust, trbuh i le\u0111a.<\/li>\n<li>Nelagoda u prsnom ko\u0161u, dulja od nekoliko minuta ili dolazi na mahove, a osje\u0107a se kao stiskanje, neugodan pritisak, ispunjenost ili drobljenje.<\/li>\n<li>Osje\u0107aj nedostatka zraka, nemogu\u0107nosti udisanja ili kratko\u0107e daha, \u010desto udru\u017een s nelagodom u prsi\u0161tu i boli.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ostali simptomi:<\/strong> nagla slabost, mu\u010dnina, glavobolja, vrtoglavica, znojenje, poreme\u0107aj sr\u010danog ritma, uznemirenost, tjeskoba, gubitak svijesti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i simptomi mo\u017edanog udara su:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Iznenadna utrnulost, slabost ili oduzetost ruke, noge ili lica; osobito zahva\u0107enost samo jedne strane tijela.<\/li>\n<li>Iznenadne smetnje govora: ote\u017eano izgovaranje, razumijevanje ili gubitak govora.<\/li>\n<li>Iznenadne smetnje vida: zamagljenje ili gubitak vida.<\/li>\n<li>Iznenadne smetnje u hodu, vrtoglavice, gubitak ravnote\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Iznenadna jaka glavobolja koja mo\u017ee biti pra\u0107ena mu\u010dninom i povra\u0107anjem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pull-center size-full wp-image-1711\" src=\"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/indeksiraj.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">UPAMTITE!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-color: #999999;\">Va\u017eno je prepoznati simptome sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara te se \u0161to hitnije javiti lije\u010dniku kako bi se na vrijeme poduzele odgovaraju\u0107e dijagnosti\u010dke i terapijske mjere. Pravodobnim po\u010detkom lije\u010denja (\u0161to prije, najbolje unutar prva tri sata), takva se stanja mogu izlije\u010diti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u0160to mo\u017eete u\u010diniti kako bi sprije\u010dili sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoje \u010dimbenici rizika koji pogoduju nastanku sr\u010dano-\u017eilnih bolesti. Na neke od njih <strong>ne mo\u017eemo utjecati<\/strong>, kao \u0161to su <em>starija \u017eivotna dob<\/em>,<em> mu\u0161ki spol<\/em> i <em>obiteljska sklonost<\/em>, <em>prethodno preboljeli mo\u017edani<\/em> ili<em> sr\u010dani udar<\/em>. \u010cimbenici rizika na koje <strong>mo\u017eemo utjecati<\/strong>, mijenjati ih, kontrolirati ili lije\u010diti su:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>pu\u0161enje<\/li>\n<li>povi\u0161eni krvni tlak<\/li>\n<li>nepravilna prehrana<\/li>\n<li>tjelesna neaktivnost<\/li>\n<li>pretilost ili prekomjerna te\u017eina<\/li>\n<li>prekomjerna konzumacija alkohola<\/li>\n<li>povi\u0161eni kolesterol i trigliceridi u krvi<\/li>\n<li>\u0161e\u0107erna bolest<\/li>\n<li>stres<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Upoznajte svoje brojeve!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ne mo\u017eemo upravljati onim \u0161to ne mjerimo, zbog \u010dega je poznavanje va\u0161eg rizika klju\u010dno za spre\u010davanje sr\u010dano-\u017eilnih bolesti. Razgovarajte sa svojim lije\u010dnikom ve\u0107 danas kako biste saznali vi\u0161e o va\u0161em krvnom tlaku, kolesterolu, \u0161e\u0107eru u krvi i indeksu tjelesne mase (ITM). Zdravlje Va\u0161eg srca ovisi o tome!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PREPORU\u010cENE VRIJEDNOSTI:<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Krvni tlak &lt; 140\/90 mm\/Hg<br \/>\u2022 Ukupni kolesterol &lt; 5 mmol\/l<br \/>\u2022 LDL kolesterol &lt; 3 mmol\/l<br \/>\u2022 Glukoza &lt; 6 mmol\/l<br \/>\u2022 Indeks tjelesne mase 20-25 kg\/m\u00b2<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">POVI\u0160ENI KRVNI TLAK (HIPERTENZIJA)<\/span> jedan je od glavnih \u010dimbenika rizika za sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti. Jeste li znali da gotovo 50 % osoba s hipertenzijom ne zna da ima povi\u0161eni krvni tlak, a polovica onih koji znaju se ne lije\u010de niti se trude mijenjati \u0161tetne \u017eivotne navike! Poznajete li razinu svog krvnog tlaka i kontrolirate li ga promjenama \u017eivotnih navika ili lijekovima, smanjiti \u0107ete svoj rizik od sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">POVI\u0160ENI KOLESTEROL<\/span> u krvi povezuje se s pribli\u017eno 4 milijuna smrti godi\u0161nje. U prehrani birajte nezasi\u0107ene umjesto zasi\u0107enih masno\u0107a. Ako ne mo\u017eete kontrolirati razinu kolesterola samo prehranom, razgovarajte s lije\u010dnikom o tome koja Vam je terapija potrebna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">VISOKA RAZINA \u0160E\u0106ERA<\/span> u krvi mo\u017ee ukazivati na \u0161e\u0107ernu bolest (dijabetes). Jeste li znali da su sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti vode\u0107i uzrok smrti u dijabeti\u010dara! Neprepoznata i nelije\u010dena \u0161e\u0107erna bolest predstavlja povi\u0161eni rizik za sr\u010dani i mo\u017edani udar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ako Vam je lije\u010dnik ve\u0107 preporu\u010dio lijekove, uzimajte ih redovito i prema uputama!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">PREKOMJERNA TJELESNA TE\u017dINA ILI PRETILOST<\/span> je va\u017ean predisponiraju\u0107i \u010dimbenik za sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti, povi\u0161enu razinu kolesterola (hiperlipidemiju), dijabetes tipa 2, odre\u0111ene vrste karcinoma i mnoge druge bolesti. Zbog pove\u0107ane tjelesne mase nastaju brojne komplikacije koje smanjuju kvalitetu \u017eivota, radnu sposobnost i \u017eivotni vijek oboljelih. Indeks tjelesne mase se ra\u010duna tako da se tjelesna masa osobe u kilogramima podijeli s kvadratom visine u metrima (ITM = kg\/m\u00b2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">RECITE NE PU\u0160ENJU!<\/span> &#8211; pu\u0161enje je drugi vode\u0107i uzrok bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila, nakon visokog krvnog tlaka. Rizik za koronarnu bolest srca je 25% ve\u0107i u \u017eena koje pu\u0161e, nego u mu\u0161karaca pu\u0161a\u010da. Svaki drugi pu\u0161a\u010d \u0107e umrijeti zbog posljedica pu\u0161enja, a u prosjeku, pu\u0161a\u010di umiru 10 godina ranije nego nepu\u0161a\u010di. Ograni\u010di unos prera\u0111ene i konzervirane hrane koja \u010desto sadr\u017ei vi\u0161e soli, \u0161e\u0107era i masti. Alkohol konzumiraj u preporu\u010denim granicama (mu\u0161karci ne vi\u0161e od 2 pi\u0107a\/dan; \u017eene ne vi\u0161e od 1 pi\u0107a\/dan). Pripravi sebi kod ku\u0107e zdrave obroke!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">BUDITE AKTIVNI SVAKI DAN<\/span> \u2013 penji se stepenicama, hodaj ili vozi bicikl umjesto vo\u017enje automobilom; igra, hodanje, ku\u0107ni poslovi\u2026 sve se to ubraja u tjelesne aktivnosti! Ve\u0107 i 30 minuta umjerene tjelesne aktivnosti svakoga dana smanjuje rizik od sr\u010danog i mo\u017edanog udara!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">SMANJITE STRES!<\/span> Stres je povezan s pu\u0161enjem, prekomjernom konzumacijom alkohola i nezdravom prehranom, dokazanim \u010dimbenicima rizika za sr\u010dano-\u017eilne bolesti.
