Naime, arterijska hipertenzija je neovisni glavni \u010dimbenik rizika za koronarnu bolest i cerebrovaskularne bolesti, aneurizme arterija, aterosklerozu, kroni\u010dno o\u0161te\u0107enje bubrega, o\u0161te\u0107enje o\u010dne pozadine (krvnih \u017eila mre\u017enice oka). Taj rizik raste kontinuirano s porastom krvnog tlaka.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">Prema procjeni stru\u010dnjaka bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila velikim je dijelom mogu\u0107e\u00a0 sprije\u010diti, tako da posljednjih desetlje\u0107a ja\u010daju aktivnosti koje su usmjerene prevenciji razvoja tih bolesti. Europsko udru\u017eenje kardiologa\u00a0 donijelo je smjernice kako bi se do\u0161lo do svijesti svakog pojedinca o va\u017enosti osobnog utjecaja na njegovo zdravlje. Formulirali su\u00a0 jednostavnu \u0161ifru zdravlja koja naglasak stavlja na va\u017enost primjene preventivnih mjera u za\u0161titi od razvoja bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila upozoravaju\u0107i na glavne faktore rizika odgovorne za nastanak tih bolesti.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>0 3 5 140 5 3 0<\/strong><\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>0\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 ne pu\u0161enju cigareta!\u00a0 Promjena lo\u0161eg zdravstvenog pona\u0161anja vezana uz prestanak pu\u0161enja jedna je od najva\u017enijih mjera. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da je pu\u0161enje odgovorno za 50% svih izbje\u017eivih smrti pu\u0161a\u010da.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>3<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 3 km \u0161etnje dnevno ili 30 minuta umjerene tjelesne aktivnosti.\u00a0 Tjelesna neaktivnost je jedan od glavnih promjenjivih rizi\u010dnih \u010dimbenika za obolijevanje od bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila. Rezultati istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da osobe koje provode uglavnom sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota imaju dva puta ve\u0107i rizik od oboljevanja u usporedbi s aktivnim osobama.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>5<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 5 obroka dnevno bogatih vo\u0107em i povr\u0107em.\u00a0<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>140<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 sistoli\u010dki, \u201cgornji\u201d krvni tlak ne smije biti ve\u0107i od 140 mmHg.\u00a0 Povi\u0161eni krvni tlak je unato\u010d sna\u017enoj povezanosti sa sprije\u010divim rizi\u010dnim \u010dimbenicima i u\u010dinkovitim lijekovima za lije\u010denje vrlo \u010desto lo\u0161e kontroliran. Naime zbog \u201ctihog\u201d po\u010detka bolesti, bez zna\u010dajnijih smetnji velik dio osoba uop\u0107e ne zna za postajanje bolesti. Kod osoba koje se\u00a0 lije\u010de izuzetno je va\u017eno kontinuirano i trajno uzimati terapiju kako bi se bolest dr\u017eala pod kontrolom.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>5<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 ukupni kolesterol u krvi ne smije biti ve\u0107i od 5 mmol\/l.\u00a0 Prehrana bogata zasi\u010denim mastima pridonosi razvoju bolesti srca i krvnih \u017eila. Utvr\u0111eno je da male promjene u prehrani mogu zna\u010dajno smanjiti razinu kolesterola\u00a0 (zasi\u010dene masno\u0107e bi trebale zauzimati do 10% ukupnog kalorijskog unosa, te ih zamijeniti nezasi\u010denim masno\u0107ama).<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>3\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 LDL \u201clo\u0161i\u201d kolesterol mora biti manji od 3 mmol\/l.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\"><strong>0<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 izbjegavanje prekomjerne tjelesne te\u017eine i \u0161e\u0107erne bolesti. Odr\u017eavati optimalnu tjelesnu te\u017einu u granicama preporu\u010denog indesa tjelesne mase (ITM 20-25 kg\/m\u00b2). Smanjenje prekomjerne tjelesne mase u preuhranjenih i pretilih osoba dokazano ima povoljne u\u010dinke na razinu kolesterola u krvi, povi\u0161eni krvni tlak i \u0161e\u0107ernu bolest.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">Unato\u010d napretku u prevenciji, dijagnostici i lije\u010denju visokog krvnog tlaka, hipertenzija ostaje va\u017ean javnozdravstveni problem kao \u00a0jedan od najva\u017enijih preventabilnih uzroka prijevremenog umiranja. Obilje\u017eava je \u0161uljaju\u0107i, \u201ctihi\u201d po\u010detak bez simptoma, tako da nelije\u010dena hipertenzija dovodi do nastanka ireverzibilnih promjena i do niza komplikacija koje su odgovorne za lo\u0161iju kvalitetu \u017eivota i prijevremenu smrtnost.\u00a0Iako ponekad simptomi kao \u0161to su glavobolja, crvenilo lica, omaglice i umor mogu upozoriti na povi\u0161enje krvnog tlaka, to je obi\u010dno bolest bez pouzdanih i specifi\u010dnih simptoma.<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">Hipertenzijom definiramo sistoli\u010dki arterijski tlak od 140 mmHg i vi\u0161e, uz dijastoli\u010dki tlak od 90 mmHg. Vrijednosti krvnog tlaka mijenjaju se tijekom dana, ovise o tjelesnoj aktivnosti, emocionalnom stanju, stupnju stresa, dobu dana\u2026<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">Tablica 1. mase, ograni\u010denje unosa alkohola, redovita tjelesna aktivnost u skladu s zdravstvenim stanjem i dobi, smanjenje unosa kuhinjske soli, te prehrana koja se bazira na vo\u0107u, povr\u0107u, bijelom mesu, ribi, ora\u0161astim plodovima i punozrnatim \u017eitaricama uz ograni\u010denje unosa zasla\u0111ene hrane i pi\u0107a, crvenog mesa i zasi\u0107enih masti).<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">Pridr\u017eavaju\u0107i se samo osnovnih higijensko-dijetetskih mjera mo\u017ee se u velikoj mjeri utjecati na razinu krvnog tlaka. Iz tablice 2. vidljivo je da arterijski tlak mo\u017eemo zna\u010dajno smanjiti provo\u0111enjem odre\u0111enih preporuka (odr\u017eavanjem preporu\u010denog idealnog indeksa tjelesne mase, smanjenjem unosa soli i alkohola, svakodnevnim provo\u0111enjem tjelovje\u017ebe, vo\u0111enjem brige o prehrani).<\/p><p data-wahfont=\"16\">Tablica 2.
