Ove godine obilje\u017eavanje po\u010dinje<strong> 25. velja\u010de i traje do 3. o\u017eujka<\/strong>, a tema je:<strong>&#8220;Budi ono \u0161to jesi!&#8221;<\/strong>.<br \/>Ovakve akcije imaju za <strong>cilj potaknuti ljude na pozitivan pristup u prihva\u0107anju samih sebe i drugih<\/strong>, odbacivanju stigme i stereotipa nametnutih od strane dru\u0161tva, kulture ili trendova.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Poreme\u0107aji hranjenja predstavljaju ozbiljan javnozdravstveni problem. Prema brojnim istra\u017eivanjima utvr\u0111eno je da \u010dimbenici kao \u0161to su: slika koju imamo o svom tijelu, lo\u0161e samopuzdanje, dijetalna prehrana, osje\u0107aj srama zbog debljine uvelike doprinose razvoju poreme\u0107aja u prehrani ne samo kod mladih djevojaka ve\u0107 i kod mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena svih dobnih skupina i slojeva dru\u0161tva.<br \/>Anorexia nervosa, poreme\u0107aj prejedanja i bulimia nervosa su najpoznatiji poreme\u0107aji hranjenja. Ipak, postoje i brojni drugi poreme\u0107aji u prehrani kao \u0161to su izbjegavaju\u0107i\/ograni\u010davaju\u0107i poreme\u0107aj unosa hrane (AFRID- Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), pika-poreme\u0107aj jedenja kojeg karakterizira konzumiranje neprehrambenih tvari te drugi specificirani poreme\u0107aji hranjenja ili jedenja (OSFED \u2013 Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder), a svi oni utje\u010du na \u017eivot brojnih pojedinaca.
