Te\u017ee se baviti uobi\u010dajenim tjelesnim aktivnostima, a jo\u0161 je te\u017ee onima koji ina\u010de ba\u0161 i ne prakticiraju neki oblik tjelovje\u017ebe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ipak, u ovakvim vremenima vrlo je bitno da osobe svih dobnih skupina sukladno svojim sposobnostima budu \u0161to vi\u0161e aktivne. Kampanja <strong>Budi aktivan<\/strong> Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije (SZO) ima za cilj pomo\u0107i ljudima da upravo to i budu \u2013 a da se pritom i zabave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u017eno je zapamtiti da i kratka pauza od sjedenja, uz 3-4 minute tjelesne aktivnosti laganog intenziteta, kao \u0161to je hodanje ili istezanje, mo\u017ee donijeti olak\u0161anje mi\u0161i\u0107ima te pobolj\u0161ati cirkulaciju i mi\u0161i\u0107nu aktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redovita tjelesna aktivnost blagotvorno utje\u010de i na tijelo i na um. Poma\u017ee u sni\u017eavanju krvnog tlaka, odr\u017eavanju tjelesne te\u017eine, a umanjuje i rizik od sr\u010danih oboljenja, mo\u017edanog udara, dijabetesa tipa 2 i razli\u010ditih malignih bolesti \u2013 ukratko, svih stanja koje mogu doprinijeti osjetljivosti na COVID-19. Nadalje, vje\u017ebanjem se pobolj\u0161ava ko\u0161tano-mi\u0161i\u0107na snaga te se poja\u010dava ravnote\u017ea, elasti\u010dnost i kondicija. Kod starije populacije, aktivnosti koje doprinose pobolj\u0161anju ravnote\u017ee u\u010dinkovite su u prevenciji padova i ozljeda.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2160\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ta_covid2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ta_covid2.png 1920w, https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ta_covid2-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ta_covid2-100x100.png 100w, https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/ta_covid2-600x600.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 365px) 100vw, 365px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redovita tjelesna aktivnost poma\u017ee i u stvaranju svakodnevne rutine, te predstavlja na\u010din kako ostati u kontaktu s obitelji i prijateljima. Isto tako, provo\u0111enje tjelesne aktivnosti pokazuje se blagotvornim i za mentalno zdravlje \u2013 umanjuju\u0107i rizik od depresije, kognitivnog propadanja, a mo\u017ee odgoditi i po\u010detak demencije \u2013 \u0161to rezultira cjelokupnim pobolj\u0161anjem emocionalnog zdravlja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prema preporukama SZO-a, postoji odre\u0111ena koli\u010dina tjelesne aktivnosti koju moraju provoditi osobe u svim dobnim skupinama kako bi ostvarili zdravstvenu dobrobit i zdravstveno blagostanje.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2161\" style=\"display: block; Sva djeca trebaju biti tjelesno aktivna nekoliko puta dnevno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Za djecu koja jo\u0161 nisu prohodala, ovo se odnosi na barem 30 minuta le\u017eanja u polo\u017eaju na trbu\u0161\u010di\u0107u, u sklopu igranja na podlozi, tijekom \u010ditavog dana dok je dijete budno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Djeca mla\u0111a od 5 godina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Sva mla\u0111a djeca trebaju provesti barem 180 minuta dnevno u raznim oblicima tjelesne aktivnosti bilo kojeg intenziteta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Djeca u dobi 3-4 godine trebaju se baviti tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u umjerenog do ja\u010deg intenziteta najmanje 60 minuta na dan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2162\" style=\"display: block; Sva djeca i mladi trebaju biti tjelesno aktivni najmanje 60 minuta dnevno, bave\u0107i se vje\u017ebama umjerenog do poja\u010danog intenziteta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Navedene aktivnosti trebaju uklju\u010diti vje\u017ebe za ja\u010danje mi\u0161i\u0107a i kostiju, najmanje tri puta tjedno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Bavljenje tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u vi\u0161e od 60 minuta svakog dana omogu\u0107uje dodatnu zdravstvenu dobrobit.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2163\" style=\"display: block; Sve odrasle osobe trebaju provesti najmanje 150 minuta u tjelesnoj aktivnosti umjerenog intenziteta tijekom tjedna, ili barem 75 minuta poja\u010dane tjelesne aktivnosti kroz tjedan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Kako bi ostvarili dodatnu korist za zdravlje, odrasle osobe trebaju poja\u010dati svoju tjelesnu aktivnost umjerenog tjelesnog intenziteta na 300 minuta tjedno, ili ekvivalentnu kombinaciju tjelesne aktivnosti umjerenog i ja\u010deg intenziteta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Za razvoj i odr\u017eavanje zdravlja mi\u0161i\u0107a i kostiju, potrebno je uklju\u010diti aktivnosti za ja\u010danje mi\u0161i\u0107a koji obuhva\u0107aju najve\u0107u skupinu mi\u0161i\u0107a i to 2 ili vi\u0161e puta tjedno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Nadalje, starije slabo pokretne osobe trebaju se baviti tjelesnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u kako bi oja\u010dali ravnote\u017eu te sprje\u010dili padove i to 3 ili vi\u0161e puta tjedno.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2164\" style=\"display: block;
