Vrlo rijetko pojavljuju se prilike u kojima odjednom mo\u017eemo u\u010diniti puno. Istinska veli\u010dina sastoji se u tome da budemo veliki u malim stvarima.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><br \/><strong><em>Charles Simmons<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O stresu se \u010desto govori i pi\u0161e,\u00a0 s njim\u00a0 se kroz \u017eivot jo\u0161 \u010de\u0161\u0107e suo\u010davamo pa je opravdano kazati kako je on neizostavan dio na\u0161ih \u017eivotnih iskustava. Zahtjevne situacije o\u010dekuju brze i adekvatne reakcije kako bi bile\u00a0 rije\u0161ene\u00a0 na \u0161to povoljniji na\u010din, po mogu\u0107nosti bez negativnih ishoda. Puno je razloga zbog kojih stvari ne ispadnu onako kako smo o\u010dekivali, a posljedice toga su frustracija, nelagoda i trpljenje.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ukoliko iz njih ne\u0161to nau\u010dimo\u00a0 o sebi, situaciji i drugima, na dobrom smo putu pozitivnih promjena,\u00a0 u protivnom mo\u017ee se dogoditi da nam strategije suo\u010davanja sa stresom postanu sve neefikasnije, a\u00a0 mi sve vi\u0161e frustrirani i u potrazi za krivcem. Neki ljudi imaju slabije kapacitete za suo\u010davanja sa stresom, dok drugi\u00a0 pokazuju ve\u0107u otpornost na stres. Bez obzira na navedene razlike, u na\u0161im \u017eivotima postoje mnogi aspekti koji su izravno pod na\u0161om kontrolom jer su rezultat na\u0161ih odabira i odluka, a jedan od njih je <strong>\u017eivotni stil<\/strong>. On govori o tome kako se odnosimo prema sebi i drugima, kakva nam je razina svijesti i funkcionalnosti te kakvo smo okru\u017eenje stvorili u materijalnom i estetskom smislu. Kroz dobre odabire gradimo \u201e\u017eivotne temelje\u201c koji \u0107e nam olak\u0161ati upravljanja sa te\u0161kim i zahtjevnim \u017eivotnim situacijama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O dobrobitima <strong>vje\u017ebanja<\/strong> ( <strong>tjelovje\u017eba<\/strong>)\u00a0 odavno se ve\u0107 puno toga zna. Ono je danas vi\u0161e nego ikada postalo lako dostupno i vrlo raznoliko.\u00a0 Vje\u017ebanjem se smanjuje masno tkivo, a izgra\u0111uje mi\u0161i\u0107na masa \u0161to dovodi do ljep\u0161eg izgleda tijela i osje\u0107aja ve\u0107eg zadovoljstva. U\u010dvr\u0161\u0107ivanjem mi\u0161i\u0107a i ligamenata\u00a0 pove\u0107ava se op\u0107a funkcionalnost te smanjuje mogu\u0107nost povreda. Zbog lu\u010denja hormona sre\u0107e &#8211; endorfina,\u00a0 vje\u017ebanje\u00a0 je i\u00a0 vrlo ugodna aktivnost. Tjelesna aktivnost uzrokuje ubrzano disanje i bolju oksidaciju tijela \u0161to pospje\u0161uje izmjenu tvari u organizmu. Opravdano je kazati kako vje\u017ebanjem \u010duvamo tjelesno i mentalno zdravlje te ja\u010damo\u00a0 kapacitete za suo\u010davanja sa \u017eivotnim izazovima.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>San<\/strong> je dio biolo\u0161kog ritma \u010dovjeka koji je uskla\u0111en s ritmovima prirode (izmjene dana i no\u0107i). Suvremeni stil \u017eivota mnogim ljudima je poremetio ritam spavanja dovode\u0107i ih u stanja neispavanosti, razdra\u017eljivosti, smanjenih kognitivnih kapaciteta, a u kona\u010dnici i stresa. Spavanje je jedina situacija u kojoj se mozak odmara, a sve stanice\u00a0 u tijelu regeneriraju. Kroz kvalitetnu organizaciju i planiranje dnevnih aktivnosti mogu\u0107e je osigurati dovoljnu koli\u010dinu sna\u00a0 te tako prevenirati\u00a0 pojavu mentalnih bolesti i demencije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Razvijanjem <strong>interesa i hobija<\/strong> pojedinac otvara prostor za zabavu i relaksaciju jer radi ono \u0161to voli, \u0161to ga zanima. Isto tako\u00a0 ja\u010da introspekciju i svijesti o sebi te se povezuje s onima koji imaju iste ili sli\u010dne interese. Ljudi koji imaju hobije ne prepu\u0161taju se trivijalnostima, dosadi i monotoniji, stanjima koja imaju negativan utjecaj na vrijednosni sustav, a samim time i na kvalitetu odabira i odluka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upravljati sa stresom mogu\u0107e je i<strong> kroz razumijevanje osobnih granica<\/strong>, za \u0161to je potrebno imati jasnu i to\u010dnu sliku o sebi. Suvremeni, promjenjivi svijet\u00a0 pred pojedinca sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e postavlja zahtjeve za brzim\u00a0 i adekvatnim prilagodbama ali i\u00a0 obradama sve ve\u0107eg broja informacija. Razvoj mozga \u010dovjeka ne prati brzinu\u00a0 razvoja tehnologije pa sve navedeno kod sve ve\u0107eg broja ljudi sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e izazva osje\u0107aj stresa. Tijelo nam \u0161alje\u00a0 signale kojima\u00a0 \u201eizra\u017eava nezadovoljstvo\u201c s\u00a0 na\u010dinom na\u0161eg \u017eivljenja. U koliko\u00a0 signale ignoriramo ili ne prepoznamo na vrijeme mo\u017ee do\u0107i do kumulacije stresa te izgaranja. Posljedice mogu biti ozbiljne po psihofizi\u010dko zdravlje pojedinca, a samo oporavak dug i neizvjestan. U ovakvim situacijama ponekad rje\u0161enje mo\u017ee biti jedino u promjeni prioriteta.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Smijeh<\/strong> je vidljiva ekspresija na\u0161ih unutra\u0161njih pozitivnih stanja izazvanih nekim podra\u017eajem. Dok se smijemo di\u0161emo trbu\u0161no, duboko \u0161to dovodi do opu\u0161tanja svih\u00a0 mi\u0161i\u0107a. Smijanjem se posti\u017eu efekti sli\u010dni onima prilikom\u00a0 prakticiranja tehnika relaksacije. Smijeh budi optimizam, pribli\u017eava nas drugim ljudima pa je uvijek dobro okru\u017eiti se ljudima koji imaju smisla za \u0161alu. Mozak ljudi vi\u0161e je fokusiran\u00a0 na opa\u017eanje negativnih stvari \u0161to je ljudskoj vrsti omogu\u0107ilo pre\u017eivljavanje do dana\u0161njih dana. Kao \u0161to je tjelovje\u017ebom mogu\u0107e ja\u010dati mi\u0161i\u0107e, ja\u010danjem svjesnosti mogu\u0107e je \u201evje\u017ebati mozak\u201c za opa\u017eanje i pam\u0107enje pozitivnih \u017eivotnih iskustava.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Postoji jo\u0161 puno na\u010dina kojima pojedinac mo\u017ee\u00a0 ja\u010dati svoje kapacitete i tako bolje upravljati sa stresom. Zdrava prehrana, izgradnja dobrih odnosa s drugima, prakticiranje tehnika relaksacije te izbjegavanje svih oblika rizi\u010dnih pona\u0161anja kao \u0161to su opijanje, pu\u0161enje duhana, konzumiranje ilegalnih droga, kockanje\u00a0 i kla\u0111enje, spolno rizi\u010dna pona\u0161anja i sl. Navedena pona\u0161anja smanjuju kvalitetu\u00a0 \u017eivota pojedinca, a time i mogu\u0107nost o\u010duvanja njegovog mentalnog zdravlja.
