Odabir strategije ovisiti \u0107e o obilje\u017ejima situacije, procjeni osobnih kapaciteta, poziciji u samom doga\u0111aju, \u017eivotnim iskustvima te mogu\u0107nosti dobivanja socijalne pomo\u0107i i podr\u0161ke. Efikasnim strategijama\u00a0 stvara se osje\u0107aj samoefikasnosti, ponosa, optimizma te otvorenosti za nova \u017eivotna iskustva.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Rje\u0161avanje problema<\/strong> aktivan je i na problem usmjeren na\u010din suo\u010davanja sa stresom, a odrastanjem i sazrijevanjem postaje socijalno po\u017eeljan oblik pona\u0161anja. Za ovu strategiju va\u017ean je to\u010dan uvid u situaciju te realna samoprocjena\u00a0 jer su to elementima na kojima \u0107e se stvarati uvjerenje o tome imamo li ili nemamo kontrolu kako nad samom situacijom, tako i nad mogu\u0107im ishodima. Rje\u0161avanje problema uklju\u010duje informiranje o situaciji, tra\u017eenje savjeta, iznala\u017eenje strategija za rje\u0161avanje problema, planiranje aktivnosti, dogovaranje, pregovaranje i sl. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Izbjegavanje<\/strong> je oblik suo\u010davanja kojim se poku\u0161ava izbje\u0107i situacija tj. reakcija koju bi situacija mogla kod nas izazvati. Izbjegavanjem se ne rje\u0161ava problem no ono kratkoro\u010dno mo\u017ee biti korisno za osmi\u0161ljavanja boljih na\u010dina rje\u0161avanja problema. Pojedinci kojima je\u00a0 izbjegavanje uobi\u010dajeni obrazac pona\u0161anja, dugoro\u010dno se izla\u017eu riziku za pove\u0107avanje ranjivosti prema odre\u0111enim situacijama. Ovo obi\u010dno rezultira manjkom \u017eivotnih iskustava, \u0161to ote\u017eava osobni rast pojedinca. Ovaj oblik suo\u010davanja \u010de\u0161\u0107e koriste\u00a0 oni koji imaju nisko samopouzdanje, iskazuju tjeskobu, pesimizam i neodlu\u010dnost. Ma\u0161tanje, sanjarenje, negiranje, rizi\u010dna pona\u0161anja, humor, \u201ecrni humor\u201c, neki su od oblika izbjegavaju\u0107ih pona\u0161anja. Izbjegavanje previ\u0161e informacija, la\u017enih i optere\u0107uju\u0107ih informacija pa i ljudi, okretanja \u201estvari\u201c na \u0161alu, mogu u odre\u0111enoj mjeri biti prihvatljivi obrasci pona\u0161anja no<strong> izbjegavanje<\/strong> <strong>ne smije postati dominantan obrazac pona\u0161anja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Tra\u017eenje socijalne podr\u0161ke<\/strong> \u0161iroko je kori\u0161tena strategija jer smo kao dru\u0161tvena bi\u0107a u ve\u0107oj ili manjoj mjeri me\u0111usobno povezani, upu\u0107eni jedni na druge. Altruizam i empatija oblici su prosocijalnih pona\u0161anja koji su ljudskoj vrsti omogu\u0107ili zadovoljavanja svih potreba, a time\u00a0 opstanak i prosperitet. Socijalna podr\u0161ka sadr\u017ei dvije glavne komponente: instrumentalnu\u00a0 i emocionalnu. U prvom slu\u010daju radi se o informiranju, tra\u017eenju mi\u0161ljenja, savjeta ili preporuka o mogu\u0107im postupanjima. Emocionalna komponenta uklju\u010duje tje\u0161enje, razumijevanje, podr\u0161ku i empatiju. Ovaj vid suo\u010davanja osobito je zna\u010dajan ranjivim skupinama kao \u0161to su djeca i mladi, ali i svima onima koji\u00a0 imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107a u psihofizi\u010dkom funkcioniranju. Dok u mla\u0111oj dobi socijalna podr\u0161ka dominantno proizlazi iz obitelji, sazrijevanjem podr\u0161ka prijatelja postaje sve zna\u010dajniji vid tra\u017eenja i davanja pomo\u0107i i podr\u0161ke. Dobri obiteljski odnosi kao i odr\u017eavanje kvalitetnih odnosa s drugim ljudima \u010dine preventivu u suo\u010davanjima sa razli\u010ditim zahtjevnim \u017eivotnim situacijama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Suo\u010davanje usmjereno na emocije<\/strong> odnosi se na razli\u010dite postupke kojima se stres poku\u0161ava rije\u0161iti promjenama na misaonom i\/ili pona\u0161ajnom planu te u vidu \u201eemocionalnih pra\u017enjenja\u201c. <strong>Emocionalna reaktivnost<\/strong> sli\u010dno kao strategija izbjegavanja ima kratkoro\u010dni u\u010dinak u vidu smanjivanja emocionalne napetosti ali ne i stvarno rje\u0161avanje problema. Emocionalna pra\u017enjenja mogu biti vidljiva na verbalnom planu kroz sva\u0111e, vikanja, okrivljivanja sebe i\/ili drugih te na pona\u0161ajnom planu u vidu razbijanja, udaranja i iskaljivanja bijesa. Ovakva reakcije osim \u0161to\u00a0 predstavljaju nezrelije oblike pona\u0161anja isto tako su socijalno neprihvatljiva pona\u0161anja. U koliko postanu uobi\u010dajeni obrasci pona\u0161anja mogu negativno utjecati na socijalne odnose i mentalno zdravlje pojedinca ali i njegove okoline. Za razliku od emocionalne reaktivnosti, <strong>kognitivno restrukturiranje i distrakcija<\/strong> dvije su strategije suo\u010davanja na emocije koje uklju\u010duju prihvatljive obrasce pona\u0161anja. Kognitivno restrukturiranje strategija je u kojoj se promjenama na misaonom planu posti\u017eu emocionalna rastere\u0107enja. Ono je prihvatljivije\u00a0 ljudima koji gaje optimizam i imaju kapacitete za sagledavanje situacije iz druga\u010dije, vedrije perspektive.<em> \u201eBit \u0107e bolje\u201c, \u201eSituacija i nije tako bezizlazna\u201c<\/em>,\u00a0 neki su od misaonih konstrukta kojima se pojedinci hrabre i tako emocionalno rastere\u0107uju. Distrakcija \u010de\u0161\u0107e uklju\u010duje pona\u0161ajni aspekt kojim se posti\u017ee misaoni otklon. Vo\u017enja bicikle, \u0161etanja, tjelovje\u017eba, \u010ditanje, gledanje televizije neki su od oblika pona\u0161anja kojima posti\u017eemo odmak od situacije, a samim time i opu\u0161tanje.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Vlastite obrasce pona\u0161anja povremeno je dobro izlo\u017eiti kriti\u010dkoj procjeni kako nam se ne bi dogodilo da se dugotrajno pona\u0161amo na neu\u010dinkovite na\u010dine i time izla\u017eemo frustracijama.
