Kako bi se minimizirao rizik od virusa, mnogi od nas provode vi\u0161e vremena kod ku\u0107e \u0161to doprinosi psiholo\u0161kom stresu, a uzrokuje i negativne zdravstvene navike kao \u0161to je: prejedanje, sjedila\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota uz smanjenu tjelesnu aktivnost, poja\u010danu uporabu alkohola i duhana kao i pretjeranu izlo\u017eenost ekranima \u0161to ima za posljedicu poreme\u0107aje sna. Sva navedena pona\u0161anja povezuju se s kroni\u010dnim bolestima i mogu utjecati na na\u0161 imunitet.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Dok, s jedne strane ne postoji hrana, pojedini nutrijent ili dodatak prehrani kojim bi prevenirali infekciju COVID-om 19, uravnote\u017eena prehrana koja sadr\u017eava dovoljne koli\u010dine makronutrijenata i razne mikronutrijente predstavlja uvjet za optimalan rad imunosnog sustava.<\/p>\n<p>Zapadnja\u010dki tip prehrane i pretilost predstavljaju glavne \u010dimbenike rizika te\u017ee klini\u010dke slike COVID-a 19. Uporaba alkohola i duhana tako\u0111er imaju \u0161tetan u\u010dinak na imunosni sustav. Stoga su va\u017ene preventivne mjere: kontrola tjelesne te\u017eine, smanjenje stope pu\u0161enja i ograni\u010dena konzumacija alkohola. Za ja\u010danje imuniteta va\u017ean je i kvalitetan san. Adekvatne promjene stila \u017eivota vezano uz prehranu, tjelesnu aktivnost, spavanje, unos alkohola i pu\u0161enje duhana mogu biti saveznici u izgradnji imuniteta potrebnog za sprje\u010davanje rizika od infekcije kao i pomo\u0107 u prevenciji razvoja te\u017ee bolesti COVID-om 19.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebno je da ostanemo proaktivni kako bismo o\u010duvali aktivan stil \u017eivota u razdoblju socijalne distance. Ukoliko i niste direktno pogo\u0111eni infekcijom COVID-19 ili pak niste ni pozitivni na spomenuti virus, sama pandemija je nesumnjivo imala drasti\u010dan u\u010dinak na va\u0161u svakodnevnu rutinu, \u0161to u kona\u010dnici negativno utje\u010de na cjelokupno zdravlje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160to nam je raditi kako bismo sa\u010duvali zdravlje i aktivan stil \u017eivota u ovim vremenima?<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; <strong>Ostanimo aktivni:<\/strong> Bez obzira na zatvorene gimnasti\u010dke dvorane i fitness centre, postoje brojni na\u010dini za postizanje tjelesne aktivnosti koji se ne kose sa smjernicama o propisanoj socijalnoj distanci i izbjegavanju ve\u0107ih skupina ljudi. Aerobik mo\u017eemo sasvim uspje\u0161no raditi i kod ku\u0107e. Ako izbjegavamo gu\u017eve, ne zna\u010di da moramo izbjegavati prirodu. \u017dustra \u0161etnja ili joggiranje na otvorenom jo\u0161 se mo\u017ee smatrati relativno sigurnim. Sklekovi, \u010du\u010dnjevi, skokovi s razno\u017eenjem i odru\u010denjem sjajni su na\u010dini za odr\u017eavanje dobre forme.<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Adekvatan san:<\/strong> Za cjelokupno zdravlje va\u017ean je kvalitetan san. Iako koli\u010dina sna koja nam je potrebna za zdravlje i optimalno funkcioniranje uglavnom ovisi o pojedinoj osobi, prema smjernicama CDC-a (Centra za spre\u010davanje i kontrolu bolesti), odraslim osobama u dobi od 18 do 60 godina preporu\u010duje se sedam do osam sati spavanja svake no\u0107i.<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Prehrana:<\/strong> Klju\u010dna je samodisciplina i izbjegavanje &#8220;emocionalnog jedenja&#8221; uzrokovanog stresom, \u0161to mo\u017ee biti povezano s drasti\u010dnim promjenama koje nosi pandemija COVID-om 19. Prema CDC-u, cjelovita prehrana bazirana na tamnom, lisnatom povr\u0107u, naran\u010dama i raj\u010dicama puna je vitamina, vlakana i minerala. U svoju svakodnevnu prehranu moramo uvesti naviku konzumacije nutritivno bogatih namirnica umjesto grickalica ili &#8220;brze hrane&#8221;.<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Briga o sebi:<\/strong> Posvetite si vrijeme, kao biste se brinuli o samome sebi. U tom smislu, pru\u017eajte potporu i drugima oko sebe. Dobrobit za zdravlje mo\u017ee biti meditacija, opu\u0161tanje, kvalitetno vrijeme provedeno sa svojom obitelji, osobna njega i sl.<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Zdravstvena njega:<\/strong> Ukoliko su vam propisani odre\u0111eni lijekovi, svakako ih uzimajte prema preporuci lije\u010dnika. Kroni\u010dna stanja kao \u0161to su: hipertenzija, dijabetes, astma i brojna druga treba stalno provjeravati i uzimati propisanu terapiju. U slu\u010daju bilo kakve zabrinutosti potrebno je kontaktirati svog lije\u010dnika. S obzirom na pandemijske uvjete, dostupna rje\u0161enja u komunikacijskom smislu su telefon i elektronska po\u0161ta za stanja koja nisu nu\u017eno vezana uz COVID-19.<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Strategije protiv stresa i tjeskobe:<\/strong> Nove mjere opreza u zaustavljanju \u0161irenja virusa COVID-19 izazivaju stres i tjeskobu, ali kako bismo ih svladali moramo prihvatiti mjere na pozitivan na\u010din. Pozitivne strategije suo\u010davanja sa stresom uklju\u010duju vje\u017ebanje, meditaciju, \u010ditanje, unaprje\u0111enje odre\u0111enih vje\u0161tina ili hobija i sl. Ovo razdoblje trebamo iskoristiti kako bismo pove\u0107ali svakodnevno ponavljanje pozitivnih aktivnosti, ali i kako bismo razvili novu \u010dak bolju rutinu kojoj smo morali pribje\u0107i zbog trenutne pandemije.<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Ostanite povezani:<\/strong> Kako bismo smanjili tjeskobu i osje\u0107aj malodu\u0161nosti tijekom izolacije mo\u017ee nam pomo\u0107i razgovor s bliskim osobama. Uz pomo\u0107 naprednih tehnologija mo\u017eemo biti povezani s onima koje volimo, ali od kojih smo trenutno razdvojeni.<\/p>\n<p>Spomenute smjernice imaju za cilj pobolj\u0161ati na\u0161e cjelokupno zdravlje i dobrobit.
