Skretanjem pozornosti javnosti o va\u017enosti preveniranja stresa s ciljem za\u0161tite i unapre\u0111enja mentalnog zdravlja na radnom mjestu u suvremenom dru\u0161tvu proveden je u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj \u017eupaniji tijekom 2017. \/ 2018. javnozdravstveni projekt. U dvije godine projektnih aktivnosti odr\u017eano je \u0161est javnih i stru\u010dnih manifestacija s ciljem unapre\u0111enja znanja i strategija situacijskog suo\u010davanja sa stresom, a time i za\u0161tite i unapre\u0111enja mentalnog zdravlja djelatnika u odgojno-obrazovnim, socijalnim i zdravstvenim ustanovama. Slu\u017eba za mentalno zdravlje NZJZ SD\u017d-a u sklopu javnozdravstvenog projekta \u201eZagrli \u017eivot\u201c provela je i istra\u017eivanje kako bi se ispitala razina stresa na radnom mjestu 258 ispitanika u javnim ustanovama. Primijenjeni su prakti\u010dni alati u procjeni psihosocijalnih rizika razli\u010ditih stresora. Rezultati su pokazali sljede\u0107e: zabrinutost za egzistenciju zbog male pla\u0107e (68,1\u00a0%), zabrinutost zbog budu\u0107e niske mirovine (54,5\u00a0%), ograni\u010dena mogu\u0107nost za napredovanje i povi\u0161icu (77,3\u00a0%). Bez obzira na to jesmo li mladi ili stari, jesmo li izlo\u017eeni stresu na radnom mjestu ili ne, moramo biti svjesni da je kroni\u010dni stres posljedica stalne zabrinutosti i mo\u017ee itekako ugroziti na\u0161e zdravlje. Broj bolesti koje se mogu javiti pod utjecajem stresa je velik. Posebno zna\u010dajan problem je to \u0161to se mnogi, a naro\u010dito mladi, protiv stresa bore, na\u017ealost, na pogre\u0161an na\u010din, \u010dijih smo posljedica svjedoci na dnevnoj razini.<\/p><p>Suvremeno dru\u0161tvo 21. st. u svakodnevni na\u010din \u017eivota i rada donijelo je veliki pritisak ne samo na pojedince, ve\u0107 i na cijele skupine ljudi u poslovnom svijetu. Svijet koji je izmijenjen ima neprestano nove zahtjeve i nerijetko visoka o\u010dekivanja u profesionalnom djelovanju. U situacijama suo\u010davanja s prevelikim zahtjevima u odnosu na na\u0161e vlastite kapacitete i snage, kada je pomaganje, briga, rad za druge i op\u0107e dobro toliko intenzivno iskustvo da ste potro\u0161ili sve svoje resurse suo\u010davanja, mo\u017ee do\u0107i do znakova emocionalne iscrpljenosti. Ponekad bez ikakve pripreme, suo\u010deni smo s potrebom za brzim savladavanjem novih vje\u0161tina. U vremenu koje je iza nas, u obavljanju svojih poslova mnoge struke trebale su se dosjetiti kako podr\u017eavati klijente, u\u010denike, roditelje, kolege i druge subjekte u bli\u017eem i daljem okru\u017eenju, kako ostati dostupan!<\/p><p>U proteklom razdoblju \u010duli ste ne\u0161to vi\u0161e tragi\u010dnih pri\u010da i te\u017eih ljudskih sudbina u svakodnevnim kontaktima ili informativnim sadr\u017eajima. Mo\u017eda ste tada osje\u0107ali pove\u0107anu odgovornost, nemo\u0107 da ne\u0161to promijenite ili da radite onako kako se to uobi\u010dajeno \u010dini? Mo\u017eda se u svom svakodnevnom radu suo\u010davate s osobnim stresom, ali i sa stresom kolega i poku\u0161avate prebroditi te\u0161ko\u0107e u organizaciji posla, komunikaciji s kolegama i nadre\u0111enima? Vi ste ti koji se brinete, podr\u017eavate, podu\u010davate i prisutni ste tu za druge, koji prolazite kroz razli\u010dite stresne ili krizne situacije koje mogu iz akutnog stresa prije\u0107i u kroni\u010dni te dovesti i do sagorijevanja na poslu. Paralelno sa svim navedenim situacijama ne bi trebali zaboraviti sa\u010duvati svoje tjelesno, ali i mentalno zdravlje. Uvjeti rada nisu nigdje u svijetu, pa tako ni kod nas, idealni jer u mnogim strukama nedostaje prostora i kadra za profesionalno djelovanje i zasigurno postoji prostor za napredak! \u010cak je i \u201enormalizacija svakodnevice\u201c u proteklih nekoliko godina donijela kaos te dojam da je svega puno, mo\u017eda i previ\u0161e, te nerijetko osje\u0107ate umor i potrebu da usporite? Posvetiti se sebi kroz razli\u010dite rastere\u0107uju\u0107e aktivnosti je neophodno na dnevnoj razini. Uvijek je va\u017eno zastati na trenutak i konstruktivno proraditi stresnu svakodnevicu uklju\u010duju\u0107i aktivnosti koje su za nas opu\u0161taju\u0107e jer je to dobar po\u010detak brige za mentalno zdravlje. Oporavak nakon kroni\u010dnog profesionalnog stresa, tj. sagorijevanja na poslu, mogu\u0107 je jedino kroz osvje\u0161tavanje osobne povijesti i na\u0161e individualne istine. Tako mo\u017eemo razviti otpornost koja se uvijek posljedi\u010dno javlja nakon suo\u010davanja s raznim profesionalnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama koje ponekad nisu jednostavne, ali uvijek mo\u017eemo na njih gledati kao na izazov!
