class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske \u017eupanije partner je u projektu \u201e<em>Innovating Thyroid Health with Genomics and Predictive Algorithms through Collaborative Excellence &#8211; InnoThyroGen<\/em>\u201c. Projekt, vrijedan \u00a05 milijuna eura, financira se iz programa Obzor Europa. Odabran je kao jedan od samo 12 projekata od ukupno 205 prijavljenih na izuzetno zahtjevnom natje\u010daju &#8220;<em>Excellence Hubs<\/em>\u201c.<\/p><p>Nositelj projekta je Medicinski fakultet u Splitu, a u njemu sudjeluje trinaest partnera iz Hrvatske i Srbije, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske \u017eupanije, KBC Split, Polikliniku Leptir, Institut za molekularnu genetiku i geneti\u010dko in\u017eenjerstvo iz Srbije, PMF Split, udruge pacijenata i privatne tvrtke s vi\u0161e od 60 suradnika iz svih partnerskih institucija.<\/p><p>Glavni cilj <em>InnoThyroGena<\/em> projekta je povezati postoje\u0107a istra\u017eivanja i inovacije unutar dvaju ekosustava u Hrvatskoj i Srbiji u cilju moderniziranja dijagnosti\u010dkih pristupa za bolesti \u0161titnja\u010de i implementirati ih u klini\u010dku praksu. Dva ekosustava tako bi postala sredi\u0161ta izvrsnosti u inovativnim dijagnosti\u010dkim tehnikama personalizirane medicine i njihove primjene. Istra\u017eivanje \u0107e se usmjeriti na istra\u017eivanje genetske podloge bolesti \u0161titnja\u010de i njihove povezanosti s okoli\u0161nim \u010dimbenicima. Projektni tim \u0107e razviti novu biobanku koja \u0107e obuhvatiti cijeli spektar bolesti \u0161titnja\u010de, uklju\u010duju\u0107i sekvenciranje genoma nove generacije, analizu uzoraka krvi i mjerenje hormona \u0161titnja\u010de. U projektu <em>InnoThyroGen<\/em> \u0107e se kroz personaliziranu medicinu tra\u017eiti odgovore na pitanja za\u0161to neke osobe razvijaju bolesti \u0161titnja\u010de te kako im pru\u017eiti u\u010dinkovitiju terapiju s obzirom da se pokazalo da svaki lijek ne odgovara svakom pacijentu. Kroz genomsku analizu i umjetnu inteligenciju mo\u0107i \u0107e se prilagoditi terapija individualnim potrebama bolesnika.<\/p><p>Jedan od zadataka tima istra\u017eiva\u010da s NZJZ SD\u017d-a je mapirati postoje\u0107u infrastrukturu, politiku i tehni\u010dke mogu\u0107nosti vezano za personaliziranu medicinu u Hrvatskoj, posebno za bolesti \u0161titnja\u010de, te ukupnu spremnost zdravstvenih sustava na usvajanje i integraciju mogu\u0107nosti personalizirane medicine.
