{"id":27202,"date":"2025-06-23T13:23:31","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T11:23:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/?p=27202"},"modified":"2025-06-23T13:28:46","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T11:28:46","slug":"toplinski-val-preporuke-za-zastitu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nzjz-split.hr\/en\/toplinski-val-preporuke-za-zastitu-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Toplinski val &#8211; preporuke za za\u0161titu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Toplinski valovi umnogome djeluju na ljudsko zdravlje kao i na dnevne aktivnosti, pove\u0107avaju zdravstvene (poseban oprez kod male djece, starijih osoba i oboljelih od kroni\u010dnih bolesti), ali i okoli\u0161ne rizike (pove\u0107ana mogu\u0107nost po\u017eara, poljoprivredni gubitci).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod pojava toplinskih valova nikako ne smijemo zanemariti ni vrlo visoku opasnost od UV zra\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga pozivamo na potreban oprez i provedbu preventivnih mjera za za\u0161titu prema preporukama HZJZ-a (dostupno na: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hzjz.hr\/aktualnosti\/preporuke-za-zastitu-od-vrucina\/\">https:\/\/www.hzjz.hr\/aktualnosti\/preporuke-za-zastitu-od-vrucina\/<\/a>&nbsp;):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZA\u0160TITA OD VELIKIH VRU\u0106INA \u2013 PREPORUKE ZA JAVNOST<br><br>Rashladite svoj dom<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nastojte rashladiti prostor u kojem \u017eivite. Mjerite sobnu temperaturu izme\u0111u 08:00 i 10:00 sati, u 13.00 sati i no\u0107u nakon 22:00 sata. Idealno bi bilo sobnu temperaturu dr\u017eati ispod 32\u00b0C danju i ispod 24\u00b0C no\u0107u. To je posebno va\u017eno za djecu ili ako ste osoba starija od 60 godina ili ako imate kroni\u010dne zdravstvene probleme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koristite hladniji no\u0107ni zrak da rashladite svoj dom. Otvorite sve prozore ili rolete tijekom no\u0107i i ranih jutarnjih sati kada je vanjska temperatura ni\u017ea (ako je to mogu\u0107e).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smanjite koli\u010dinu vru\u0107eg zraka unutar stana ili ku\u0107e. Danju zatvorite prozore i rolete (ako ih imate), naro\u010dito one koji su okrenuti prema suncu. Zatvorite sva umjetna svijetla i \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e elektri\u010dnih ure\u0111aja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stavite zaslone, draperije, tende na prozore koji dobivaju jutarnje ili popodnevno sunce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objesite mokre ru\u010dnike kako bi rashladili zrak u prostoriji. No, nemojte zaboraviti da se time pove\u0107ava vla\u017enost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako imate ure\u0111aj za rashla\u0111ivanje (air-conditioning) zatvorite vrata i prozore kako ne bi tro\u0161ili vi\u0161e energije nego \u0161to je potrebno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elektri\u010dni ventilatori mogu pru\u017eiti olak\u0161anje i osvje\u017eenje, ali ako je temperatura iznad 35 \u02daC ne\u0107e sprije\u010diti bolesti vezane uz velike vru\u0107ine. Va\u017eno je piti dovoljno teku\u0107ine ali ne naglo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Klonite se vru\u0107ine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sklonite se u najhladniju prostoriju Va\u0161eg stana\/ku\u0107e, posebno no\u0107u.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Izbjegavajte izlazak u najtoplijem dijelu dana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Izbjegavajte naporan fizi\u010dki rad. Ako morate naporno raditi \u010dinite to u najhladnije doba dana, \u0161to je obi\u010dno u jutro izme\u0111u 04:00 i 07:00 sati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Potra\u017eite sjenu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ne ostavljajte djecu ili \u017eivotinje u parkiranom vozilu niti u hladu, odnosno nikada se ne smiju ostavljati u automobilu bez nadzora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Redovito koristite kreme sa za\u0161titnim faktorom od \u0161tetnog UVA i UVB zra\u010denja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Naro\u010ditu brigu valja posvetiti djeci tako da se dojen\u010dad do dobi od 6 mjeseci uop\u0107e ne izla\u017ee suncu i za njih se ne primjenjuju za\u0161titne kreme.<br>Do kraja prve godine se djeca ne smiju izlagati izravnom suncu i treba primjenjivati za\u0161titne kreme zbog indirektnog\u00a0zra\u010denja. Preporu\u010duju se hipoalergene kreme bez kemijskih filtera uz druge za\u0161titne mjere pri \u010demu je va\u017eno koristiti i posebnu za\u0161titnu odje\u0107u koja \u0161titi od UV zra\u010denja<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Prilagodite svoje izlaganje sun\u010devom UV zra\u010denju uva\u017eavaju\u0107i dnevne promjene vrijednosti UV indeksa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rashladite tijelo i pijte dovoljno teku\u0107ine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Izbjegavajte boravak na suncu u razdoblju od 10-17 sati, poglavito djeca, trudnice, starije osobe i sr\u010dani bolesnici te bolesnici oboljeli od \u0161e\u0107erne bolesti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu\u0161irajte se ili kupajte u mlakoj vodi. Druga mogu\u0107nost je zamatanje u hladne mokre ru\u010dnike, hladiti se mokrom spu\u017evom, kupke za noge, itd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nosite laganu \u0161iroku svijetlu odje\u0107u od prirodnih materijala. Ako idete van stavite \u0161e\u0161ir \u0161irokog oboda ili kapu i sun\u010dane nao\u010dale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koristite laganu posteljinu, plahte, po mogu\u0107nosti bez jastuka kako bi izbjegli akumulaciju topline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pijte redovito i izbjegavajte alkohol i napitke s previ\u0161e kofeina i \u0161e\u0107era.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jedite \u010de\u0161\u0107e male obroke. Izbjegavajte hranu bogatu bjelan\u010devinama.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Pomognite drugima<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posjetite obitelj, prijatelje i susjede koji ve\u0107inu vremena provode sami. Osjetljive osobe mogle bi zatrebati pomo\u0107 tijekom vru\u0107ih dana. Pritom, pridr\u017eavajte se zadanih epidemiolo\u0161kih mjera uslijed trenutne epidemije COVID-19.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Razgovarajte o toplinskom valu s Va\u0161om obitelji. S obzirom na svoje zdravstveno stanje i aktivnosti svaki \u010dlan obitelji treba znati koje mjere za\u0161tite mora poduzeti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako je netko koga Vi poznajete pod rizikom pomognite mu da dobije savjet i podr\u0161ku. Starije osobe i bolesnike koji \u017eive sami treba posjetiti barem jednom dnevno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ako uzimaju lijekove, provjerite s lije\u010dnikom koji ih lije\u010di kakav utjecaj ti lijekovi mogu imati na termoregulaciju i ravnote\u017eu teku\u0107ine u tijelu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polo\u017eite te\u010daj prve pomo\u0107i kako bi nau\u010dili \u0161to poduzeti u slu\u010daju toplinskog udara i ostalih hitnih stanja. Svatko mora znati kako reagirati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br><br>Ako imate zdravstvene probleme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dr\u017eite lijekove na temperaturi ispod 25 \u02daC ili u hladnjaku (pro\u010ditajte upute o skladi\u0161tenju lijeka u Uputi o lijeku).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tra\u017eite savjet lije\u010dnika, ako imate neku kroni\u010dnu bolest ili uzimate vi\u0161e lijekova.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Ako se Vi ili drugi oko Vas osje\u0107aju lo\u0161e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Tra\u017eite pomo\u0107 ako imate vrtoglavicu, slabost, nemo\u0107, tjeskobu ili ste izrazito \u017eedni i imate jaku glavobolju; \u0161to prije oti\u0111ite u hladniji prostor i mjerite temperaturu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Popijte vodu ili vo\u0107ni sok da nadoknadite teku\u0107inu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Smirite se i legnite u rashla\u0111enu prostoriju ako imate bolne gr\u010deve, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e u nogama, rukama ili trbuhu, \u010desto nakon provedenog rada ili vje\u017ebe u vrlo vru\u0107em vremenu, pijte teku\u0107inu koja sadr\u017ei elektrolite, a u slu\u010daju da gr\u010devi ostanu prisutni du\u017ee od jednog sata potrebna je medicinska pomo\u0107;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Savjetujte se s lije\u010dnikom u slu\u010daju drugih tegoba ili ako opisane tegobe du\u017ee traju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako neki \u010dlan Va\u0161e obitelji ili osobe kojima poma\u017eete imaju vru\u0107u suhu ko\u017eu ili delirij (nerazumno razgovaraju i nemirni su), gr\u010deve i\/ili su bez svijesti odmah zovite lije\u010dnika\/ hitnu pomo\u0107.<br>Dok \u010dekate na lije\u010dnika\/hitnu pomo\u0107, smjestite njega\/nju u hladnu prostoriju u vodoravan polo\u017eaj, podignute mu\/joj noge i kukove, odstranite odje\u0107u i po\u010dnite s vanjskim hla\u0111enjem, kao \u0161to su hladni oblozi na vrat, pazuhe i prepone uz ventilator i \u0161pricanje ko\u017ee vodom temperature 25\u201330\u02daC. Mjerite temperaturu tijela. Hladite osobu dok se tjelesna temperatura ne spusti ispod 38\u00b0 C. Nemojte dati acetilsalicilnu kiselinu ili paracetamol.
