Roditelje \u010desto vi\u0161e zabrinjava koli\u010dina unesene hrane nego vrsta namirnica. Njihova odgovornost je u pravilnom odabiru namirnica, na\u010dinu pripreme obroka i odre\u0111ivanju pravilnog vremena za obroke. Pravilnom prehranom osiguravamo organizmu sve neophodne hranjive sastojke i optimalan dnevni unos energije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u201cPet za pet u \u0161koli\u201d<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Energetske potrebe ovise o spolu, tjelesnoj te\u017eini, visini i tjelesnoj aktivnosti djeteta. U doba adolescencije, zbog intezivnog rasta i razvoja, energetske potrebe su pove\u0107ane. Djeci stoga treba osigurati pet obroka na dan (tri glavna obroka i dva me\u0111uobroka) i raznovrsne namirnice iz svake od 5 skupina hrane (mlijeko i mlije\u010dni proizvodi, vo\u0107e, povr\u0107e, \u017eitarice, meso, riba i jaja).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pritom je doru\u010dak izuzetno va\u017ean obrok, koji se ne smije preskakati. Djeca koja ne doru\u010dkuju \u010desto su pospana, te\u017ee odr\u017eavaju koncentraciju i ote\u017eano prate nastavu. Zajedno s jutarnjom u\u017einom, doru\u010dak treba zadovoljiti 35-45% dnevnog energetskog unosa. Za brz i kvalitetan doru\u010dak, prikladni izbori su \u017eitarice od cjelovitog zrna (muesli, zobena ka\u0161a, kukuruzne ili \u017eitne pahuljice) s mlijekom ili jogurtom ili integralni kruh sa sirnim namazom, \u010da\u0161om mlijeka ili svje\u017ee iscije\u0111enog soka. Ru\u010dak treba osigurati 30% dnevnih energetskih potreba, a preporu\u010da se kuhani obrok od mesa ili ribe, povr\u0107a, salata od sezonskog povr\u0107a ili variva. Ve\u010dera osigurava 20-25% dnevnih energetskih potreba, a uputno je da laganija i najmanje 2 sata prije odlaska na spavanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u017ealost, u \u0161kolama \u010desto nije ponu\u0111en \u0161kolski obrok, \u0161to \u010desto posljedi\u010dno vodi nezdravim izborima poput brze hrane, koja je lako dostupna u okolini \u0161kole. Takva hrana ima veliku kalorijsku vrijednost te sadr\u017ei puno masti i koncentriranih ugljikohidrata, a malo minerala, vitamina i biolo\u0161ki vrijednih sastojaka. Za me\u0111uobrok djetetu je bolje ponuditi kod ku\u0107e pripremljen sendvi\u010d&nbsp;&nbsp; oboga\u0107en salatom, vo\u0107e, ora\u0161aste plodove, a&nbsp; izbjegavati kekse, \u010dokoladu ili grickalice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preporu\u010deni energetski unos se odnosi na djecu i mlade s umjerenom razinom tjelesne aktivnosti, \u0161to zna\u010di da djeca trebaju usvojiti tjelesnu aktivnost kao dnevnu naviku, u trajanju od najmanje 30 minuta, jer redovita tjelesna aktivnost pridonosi pravilnijem rastu i razvoju, izgradnji ko\u0161tane mase i odr\u017eavanju po\u017eeljne tjelesne te\u017eine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dragi roditelji, za kraj ne zaboravite da dijete svakodnevno treba:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jesti raznovrsne namirnice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>imati pet obroka na dan te obavezno dan zapo\u010deti doru\u010dkom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>imati dva obroka s namirnicama bogatim bjelan\u010devinama (meso, mlijeko, jaja, riba, mahunarke)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;jesti vo\u0107e ili povr\u0107e uz svaki obrok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proizvode od \u017eitarica (kruh, tjestenina, ri\u017ea) jesti nekoliko puta dnevno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>piti dovoljno teku\u0107ine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>najmanje 30 minuta&nbsp; tjelesne aktivnosti<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za one koji \u017eele znati vi\u0161e\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koji su va\u017eni sastojci hrane?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masti&nbsp; su va\u017ean izvor energije, a omogu\u0107avaju i apsorpciju vitamina topivih u mastima (A, D, E, K). Valja istaknuti da masti hrani daju bolji okus i aromu. Mo\u017eemo ih podijeliti na zasi\u0107ene i nezasi\u0107ene masti. Zasi\u0107ene masti se nalaze u namirnicama \u017eivotinjskog porijekla (sir, ko\u017ea piletine, punomasno mlijeko, maslac, svinjska mast, itd.), a nezasi\u0107ene masti se uglavnom nalaze u namirnicama biljnog porijekla, poput maslina i razli\u010ditih sjemenki (kukuruz, suncokret, soja, bu\u010da). Preporu\u010deni udio masti u prehrani je od 25 do 35%, a unos zasi\u0107enih masti ograni\u010dava se na manje od 10%, jer ve\u0107i unos zasi\u0107enih masti pridonosi razvoju bolesti krvo\u017eilnog sustava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bjelan\u010devine su odgovorne za rast, razvoj i obnavljanje tkiva, a u pomanjkanju ugljikohidrata i masti mogu poslu\u017eiti i kao izvor energije. U organizam se unose namirnicama biljnog i \u017eivotinjskog porijekla. Bjelan\u010devine \u017eivotinjskog porijekla nalaze se u mesu, ribi, jajima, mlijeku i mlije\u010dnim proizvodima, dok su mahunarke, \u017eitarice i sjemenke izvori bjelan\u010devina biljnog porijekla. Ve\u0107u biolo\u0161ku vrijednost imaju bjelan\u010devine \u017eivotinjskog porijekla, jer im je aminokiselinski sastav sli\u010dniji sastavu ljudskog organizma. Dnevni unos bjelan\u010devina treba iznositi od 10 do 15%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugljikohidrati, kao i mast, slu\u017ee kao izvor energije, a preporu\u010deni udio u prehrani je vi\u0161e od 50%. Dijele se na probavljive (\u0161krob i \u0161e\u0107eri) i neprobavljive (prehrambena vlakna u vo\u0107u, povr\u0107u, \u017eitaricama i integralnim proizvodima). Neprobaljivi ugljikohidrati se ne razgra\u0111uju u organizmu i nisu izvor energije, ali pobolj\u0161avaju funkciju gastrointestinalnog sustava i zato su va\u017eni u prehrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamini&nbsp; su organski spojevi koji su neophodni za odr\u017eavanje strukture mnogih stanica i tkiva te fiziolo\u0161kih funkcija organizma. \u010covjekov organizam ih sam ne mo\u017ee sintetizirati te je zbog toga va\u017eno da ih se unese hranom. Svaka vrsta vitamina ima svoju ulogu u organizmu, a ako hrana nema dovoljno vitamina, dolazi do poreme\u0107aja zdravlja. Tako je, primjerice, vitamin A va\u017ean u izgradnji stanica ko\u017ee, kose te vidnog pigmenta, ja\u010da funkciju imunolo\u0161kog sustava. Vitamini B skupine odgovorni su za metabolizam ugljikohidrata i va\u017eni su za o\u010duvanje zdravlja mozga, \u017eivaca i srca. Vitamin C zna\u010dajan je za iskoristivost \u017eeljeza, poti\u010de tvorbu kolagena i ubrzava cijeljenje rana. Vitamin D pobolj\u0161ava \u010dvrsto\u0107u kosti i zubi. Vitamin E je va\u017ean antioksidans. Vitamin K je bitan za zgru\u0161avanje krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minerali su tako\u0111er neophodni za primjeren rast i razvoj djetete, osobito kalcij i \u017eeljezo. Kalcij je jedan od osnovnih gra\u0111evnih elemenata kostiju i zuba, a \u017eeljezo je sastavni dio crvenih krvnih stanica (eritrocita).&nbsp; Va\u017eno je napomenuti da \u017eeljezo iz namirnica \u017eivotinjskog porijekla (meso) ima bolju iskoristivost u organizmu u odnosu na \u017eeljezo koje se nalazi u namirnicama biljnog porijekla (povr\u0107e). Njegov nedostatak mo\u017ee biti jedan od uzroka anemije koja se o\u010dituje umorom, pospanosti, mu\u010dninom i&nbsp; ote\u017eanom koncetracijom, a dijagnosticira se na temelju analize crvene krvne slike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voda je najbolje pi\u0107e i preporu\u010da se piti 1,5 l dnevno. Od ostalih napitaka djeci se mogu dati svje\u017ee iscije\u0111eni vo\u0107ni sokovi i mlijeko.
