Savjetovalište za cijepljenje

Služba za epidemiologiju NZJZ SDŽ

Savjetovanje za cijepljenje za sve zainteresirane, a prvenstveno za roditelje djece – obveznika cijepljenja, provodi se u Službi za epidemiologiju NZJZ SDŽ-a (zgrada epidemiologije, Vukovarska 46, Split) tijekom radnog vremena (08.00 – 15.00 sati radnim danom) uz prethodni dogovor za termin.

Napomena:

Prema važećem Programu obveznog cijepljenja u Republici Hrvatskoj, propisano je kako roditelja / skrbnika koji odbija izvršiti obvezu imunizacije za svoje dijete, treba uputiti nadležnom epidemiologu na savjetovanje.

Savjetovanje se odnosi i na roditelje koji odgađaju cijepljenja djece ili roditelje koji žele opširnije saznati o cjepivima i cijepljenju.
